Q1.Can we get your free samples?
Sure. Our free sample can be provided for our customers to test quality. But you need pay the freight. We usually send you samples via DHL.
Q2.What is the normal lead time?
For stocked products, we will arrange the delivery in 12-24 hours after received your payment. For custom products, we will arrange the delivery in 7- 20 days after received your payment.
Q3.How do you control the bottles quality?
We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production. And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.
Q4.What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a.Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 15days after you get the goods.
b.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
You also can call your local express company to pick up the goods from our warehouse.
